BangkokThe Little Gym curriculum
Serious Fun is carefully designed.
Developed in the United States, our international curriculum combines gymnastics, movement, music and play with science-informed learning principles. The result is a joyful program designed to help children grow physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally.
International curriculum · taught in ThailandMore than a gymnastics program
Movement is the starting point. Whole-child growth is the purpose.
Children learn through their bodies long before they can explain what they are learning. A climb can become planning and courage. A song can become memory, timing and language. A group game can become listening, cooperation and belonging.
The Little Gym curriculum brings these moments together in a familiar class rhythm. Gymnastics skills give children exciting physical challenges, while thoughtful teaching helps the learning travel beyond the gym and into everyday life.
Four parts of one growing child
Designed to develop skills that work together
Development does not happen in separate boxes. One carefully chosen activity can strengthen the body, challenge the mind, build confidence and create a positive social moment at the same time.
Physical
Strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness and confident control of the body.
Intellectual
Attention, memory, sequencing, language, imagination, problem-solving and decision-making.
Social
Listening, taking turns, communicating, cooperating, encouraging others and feeling part of a group.
Emotional
Independence, persistence, self-belief and learning to approach new challenges with healthy confidence.
Purpose inside the play
Why every part of class is there
Class plans draw on child-development science, movement learning, music, psychology and decades of hands-on teaching experience. Activities still feel playful because play is one of childhood’s most powerful ways to learn.
Language, memory and timing
Repeated words, patterns and movement cues help children anticipate what comes next, practise listening and connect sound with action.
Thinking that stays flexible
Stories and pretend adventures invite children to solve small problems, make choices, understand directions and see movement in new ways.
Progress that feels achievable
Age-appropriate progressions on mats, bars, beams and other equipment build motor planning, body awareness and physical skill step by step.
Confidence with other people
Welcomes, turn-taking, partner activities and celebrations give children a safe place to communicate, cooperate and feel that they belong.
A living international curriculum
Decades of experience—and always still learning.
The central curriculum continues to evolve as understanding of child development, movement and learning grows. Themes, teaching tools and skill progressions are reviewed and refined, while the core philosophy stays consistent: meet children at their stage, make learning joyful and help every child build skills for life.
